Mars Attacks Wrapper  Plaque

Produced in 1995 as a limited edition resin model by Action Hobbies of Kentucky, this handsome plaque is a 3-D version of the original wax wrapper for Topps’ Mars Attacks cards depicting a tendril-faced Martian.

The Wrapper plaque is cast in solid off-white resin, and measures 9” tall x 7” wide x 3 ½” deep including the Martian’s extended left arm. This one has been meticulously painted, following the color scheme of Topps’ 1994 Mars card illustrated by Zina Saunders (last photo here).

Long lost in the garage kit graveyard, Action Hobbies’ Mars Attacks Wrapper Plaque has surfaced once more, looking better than ever.
