Cyclops – 7th Voyage of Sinbad

When it comes to stop-motion movie monsters, few resin kit companies can equal Burroughs Model Works in terms of quality and craftsmanship. Here’s one of their earliest models, “The 7th Voyage of Sinbad” Cyclops, in mint, unbuilt condition after 20+ years.

Inspired by Ray Harryhausen’s amazing one-eyed giant, Blake Burroughs’ sculpture captures the classic creature in a highly animated pose that’s perfectly proportioned and finely detailed throughout. Also included is a sandy beach base with rocks, bones, and seashells.

All kit components are cleanly cast in solid off-white resin, building to stand approx. 11 ½” tall x 7” wide x 8 ¼” deep on display. Also included is the model’s original full-color box art. Long out of production, BMW’s 7th Voyage Cyclops kit is now only the stuff of legends.
