It’s that weird looking creep from “The Cat and the Canary,” a wonderful resin model that celebrates the unsung silent classic. Largely forgotten, film historians consider the 1927 film influential in creating the “Old Dark House” sub-genre.

Here’s M&M’s tribute to the all-but-forgotten film – the escaped lunatic known only as “The Cat,” terrorizing inhabitants of the old family mansion. Joe Laudati supplies an exceptional sculpt: a perfectly poised maniac creeping about on a well-designed display base, complete with movie-logo nameplate.

It’s a 1/6 scale kit, standing 10 ¾” tall x 7 ½” wide x 6 ½” deep when assembled. Kit components are flawlessly cast in solid gray resin.
